Once you're ready to move forward, a signed agreement and 20% retainer officially reserve your wedding date.
From there, you can take a deep breath knowing one of the biggest pieces of your wedding day is in place. I'll send over everything you need to get started, and together we'll begin planning a photography experience that's thoughtful, organized, and tailored to your celebration.
02. You're Booked
Soon after booking, you'll receive a welcome guide filled with helpful resources, planning tips, and everything you can expect in the months ahead. Whether you're looking for timeline advice, wondering what to wear for your engagement session, or simply have a question along the way, I'm always just a phone call, email, or text away.

Then, within 6–8 weeks, your full gallery will arrive—carefully edited and thoughtfully curated to tell the complete story of your wedding day. The truth is, you don't need to know what to do—that's my job. I'll guide you through portraits in a way that feels natural and comfortable, so you're never left wondering where to stand or what to do with your hands. The rest of the day? I want you to forget I'm there and simply enjoy your wedding.
We're awkward in front of the camera. Is that okay?
Absolutely.
Although I'm based just outside Philadelphia, I regularly photograph weddings throughout Pennsylvania and the East Coast. If your celebration takes us somewhere new, I'll walk you through travel options during our consultation.
Will you travel for our wedding?
There's a good chance I have—but if I haven't, that's never a concern.
I always arrive early to walk the property, evaluate the light, and get familiar with the space before the day begins. Every wedding is different, and I approach each one with fresh eyes rather than relying on the same photographs every time.
Have you photographed at our venue before?
You'll receive a selection of sneak peeks within a few days of your wedding so you can start reliving the excitement right away.
Your full gallery will be delivered within 6–8 weeks. Every image is individually edited by me, so your gallery receives the same care and attention as your wedding day itself.
When will we receive our photographs?
Yes.
A signed agreement and a 20% non-refundable retainer reserve your wedding date. After that, we can create a payment schedule that works for you, with the remaining balance due 60 days before your wedding.
Do you offer payment plans?

If your venue requires proof of liability insurance, I'll happily provide everything they need before your wedding day.
