Their Appleford Estate wedding was a true beauty. Philadelphia Love Story of Nathalia & Jake
Throughout the years and a global pandemic, I think it’s safe to say that a love story has no bounds. There is no “right” way to do things anymore. With that, I think that Nathalia and Jake’s love story proves just that. Jake and Nathalia met in Philadelphia back in 2019. Nathalia, originally from Brazil, was in Philadelphia on contract for 6 months. After meeting and beginning to date, the global pandemic hit, and Nathalia was sent back home to Brazil. This is where Nathalia and Jake would go through 11 months of long-distance unable to see each other. While it was a major hardship, it only proved that their love for one another was that strong.
A year later after everything had slowed down, Jake got down on one knee and proposed to Nathalia in Philadelphia where it all began. Planning their dream wedding was no joke and getting to capture their Appleford Estate wedding in Villanova, PA was an absolute dream come true.

It was almost instantly that Nathalia and Jake fell in love with this gorgeous Philadelphia wedding venue. Appleford Estate is located on 24 acres of beautiful lush property in Villanova, PA. Since 1920 this estate has been renovated into the beautiful property and home that it is today. They have undergone a tone of changes and now boast lush formal gardens, brick walkways, ponds, and waterfalls. Not only is it one of Pennsylvania’s finest wedding venues, but it also holds space to be an arboretum and bird sanctuary.

The entire wedding day was pure and utter bliss and let me just say that this wedding crowd knew how to party. Jake’s dad, Jeff Stoutland who is the run game coordinator for the Philadelphia Eagles, was ecstatic to witness his son marry such a beautiful soul as Nathalia. Special guests from the Philadelphia Eagles team also made an appearance which made my little heart soar a bit. From the attention to detail in the decor to the outpouring of love between everyone. It really was a perfect Summer wedding at the Appleford Estate.
