In the heart of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Nick and Erica transformed their years of love and adventure into a celebration that was nothing short of magical. Their love story began with a chance encounter at a bar in Arlington, VA, where mutual friends introduced them. From the moment Erica extended her hand to Nick, something clicked. That simple handshake was the first chapter of a remarkable love story that would span continents and create countless memories.
Over the next 3.5 years, Nick and Erica built a life filled with adventure. Their travels took them to breathtaking destinations like Cancun, Italy, Park City, Costa Rica, Snowshoe, Newport, and Siesta Key—each trip adding another layer to their growing bond.
The Proposal
It was after the many years that they spent together which led to a natural step for Erica and Nick. On Easter morning, Nick orchestrated an elaborate Easter egg hunt. Little did Erica know, this would change both their lives forever. Hidden within one of the eggs was a meticulously crafted crossword puzzle. As Erica solved the puzzle, and the words “Will you marry me” emerged. Within a blink, Nick gets down on one knee on his parents’ porch. Her resounding “yes” marked the beginning of this exciting journey for both of them.
