With every shoot, I try to take each session as an opportunity to learn and grow within my craft. It gives me an opportunity to explore my creativity as a Pennsylvania wedding photographer. It also gives couples the chance to try something they’ve never done before as well! For Lizz and Jon, we wanted their Romantic Spring Garden Engagement Photos to embody an intimate and romantic feel. Surrounded by the lush greenery and fresh Spring aroma, we curated the perfect engagement shoot for them to remember for a lifetime.
Lizz + Jon’s Romantic Spring Garden Engagement Photos at Swarthmore College
Now, I’m no gatekeeper, but one of my hidden gem spots for stunning Spring garden engagement photos is Swarthmore College. It’s one of those locations that have so much potential and a plethora of different photo locations for you to choose from. Swarthmore College is located in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania has was founded in 1864. Due to its history, the campus offers a wide range of architecture and structures that photograph beautifully. That alone added enough romantic elements to make Lizz and Jon’s Spring engagement photos that much more ethereal and magical.
Throughout Lizz and Jon’s Spring engagement session, it was apparent how head over heels in love these two were. As I mentioned before, this engagement session really gave me the opportunity to get creative and try some fun new poses with Lizz and Jon. Not only were they down to try just about anything, but they were dressed to impress. Lizz wearing a floral flowy maxi dress and Jon wearing a navy blue suit. The perfect color combination to pair perfectly with a luscious vibrant backdrop at Swarthmore College.
