Jennica and Andrew are two people who prove that you can find love in the most unexpected ways. From co-workers to lovers, these two had the dreamiest wedding ever. This Penn Oaks Golf Club Summer Wedding was one for the books and I am so thrilled to be sharing with you the magic that we were able to create.
Jennica & Andrew’s Love Story
Jennica and Andrew both met while working at a Chevy dealership. Hence if you notice on their wedding cake there was a chevy emblem! Although these two were co-workers, it took them almost a year to actually meet. Fast forward to an unfortunate accident with his dog essentially being the gateway to both of them striking up conversation. After one meetup at an ice cream parlor, that slowly began turning the wheels of their new found friendship. However, their friendship quickly turned into something so much more. Something that neither one of them expected.
Eventually, around Christmas time they both began looking at rings but Jennica had her sights on one very special ring. Unfortunately, it seemed that every jewelry shop underneath the sun could not have her dream ring in stock! After months of searching for this ring (in several different states might I add), it felt as if this ring was impossible to get. It wasn’t until one vacation where all hope was lost that Andrew surprised Jennica with her dream ring. The ring that they had been searching for months for and asked her to marry him. The rest was history.
Today, Jennica and Andrew have combined their families into one big melting pot with their children Adelynn, Adam and Blair. Through all of the craziness and months of planning, Jennica and Andrew came together to have one of the most beautiful weddings.

Penn Oaks Golf Club Summer Wedding
It was a beautiful summer day and it was time to get these two married! We started off the morning when I arrived with Jennica and her bridesmaids getting ready. Most of the time when I arrive I typically like to start immediately taking detail photos. Detail photos or flatlays are a way us wedding photographers are able to tell your love story. Through small mementos and items we curate a beautiful flatlay, and trust me it’s harder than you think! Jennica and her bridesmaids enjoyed a nice glass of champagne as the celebrated Jennica turning from Ms. to Mrs.
First Look
Shortly after getting dressed and putting the final touches on her wedding look, I took Jennica outside to meet up with Andrew for their first look. Now if you know me, you know I LOVE first looks but boy can they be emotional. One teardrop and it’s over for me, seriously. Having a first look isn’t for everybody and that’s totally fine! It’s grown more and more popular over the years, but sometimes you still want to keep things traditional which is totally cool too. Wedding Ceremony & Reception
After exploring the grounds of Penn Oaks Golf Club for some wedding portraits, it was time for us to head to the ceremony. Let’s just say everyone was crying and I was trying to keep my composure. You know how hard it is to use a camera when tears are flowing? Jennica and Andrew exchanged some of the most touching and sentimental vows and even their children were joined up at the altar with them. It was such a touching moment and one that I feel so honored to have witnessed.
Through the emotional rollercoaster that was their ceremony, Jennica and Andrew really broke out of their shells for their reception. Of course they took on the dance floor with full force and even Jennica had prepared a special choreographed dance with her bridesmaids. 10/10 would recommend. We were surrounded by good company, good food and ended the night with Jennica and Andrew embracing underneath the stars and fireworks. It was the perfect ending to a perfect day, don’t you think?
