With lush greenery and towering trees along with a plethora of garden spaces, this was the perfect Pennsylvania wedding venue for their special day. Their Appleford Estate Summer Pennsylvania wedding was everything they could have ever wanted and more. Despite the little bit (or a lot) of rain, we were able to have the most gorgeous celebration of their love.

Appleford Estate is located on 24 acres of beautiful lush property. Since 1920 this estate has been renovated into the beautiful property and home that it is today. They have undergone a tone of changes and are now filled with lush formal gardens, brick walkways, ponds, and waterfalls. Not only is it one of Pennsylvania’s finest wedding venues, it also holds space to be an arboretum and bird sanctuary.
The Appleford Estate has been a wedding venue for more than 40 years. If you are someone who wants to fully immerse yourself in nature and wants the wedding of a lifetime, this might just be the wedding venue for you. The Appleford Estate takes pride in its landscaping and the amenities that they offer to all of its wedding guests.

Aaron & Emily’s Appleford Estate Summer Pennsylvania Wedding
For Aaron and Emily, what mattered most was being able to celebrate their love story with family and friends. Seeing that they both had so much love for each other was just the icing on the cake of a perfect Summer wedding day. Now, one thing you have to keep in mind when it comes to getting married in the Summer season is that rain is always a possibility. In this case, Emily and Aaron did have a bit of rain on their day but that didn’t put a damper on their mood. Instead, we utilized our clear umbrellas and were able to take some of the most beautiful wedding portraits.
It also helped that Aaron and Emily focused on having very bright and vibrant florals, thanks to Argyle Floral Home and Garden. These pops of color in their bouquets, centerpieces, and decor made for the perfect amount of pop. This is exactly we needed to take this overcast/gray day to bright and shining. Their wedding day at the Appleford Estate was filled with so much laughter and love. It was a dream come true getting to shoot at this stunning Pennsylvania wedding venue. Even more of a dream to be able to document these memories for Aaron and Emily.
