Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel Wedding | Casey + Nick

Weddings

Casey and Nick, while currently living in Seattle, Washington, wanted their wedding day to embody their roots. Both from Maryland, Casey and Nick wanted to celebrate their love surrounded by all of their friends and family. Their Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel Wedding was focused on cherishment and love. We even got to sneak into an abandoned mall for their wedding portraits which I can confidently say I’ve never done before. Every moment was a twist and turn and I loved every bit of it!

Maryland Wedding at the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel

The Rennaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel is a premier hotel and wedding venue in the heart of Baltimore, Maryland. While this may look like your ordinary, run-of-the-mill hotel, this hotel is a little bit different. Along the harbor’s waterfront, the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel offers the ultimate wedding day getaway. You can enjoy the hustle and bustle of city life while maintaining stunning views and tranquility from the harbor just outside. You’re able to get the best of both worlds, which is one of the many benefits of having a Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel wedding.

Another major benefit when it comes to having a Maryland wedding at this premier hotel is the number of event spaces to choose from. As a newly engaged couple, choosing a wedding venue is one of the most important decisions that you’re going to have to make. The Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel offers couples 21 event spaces to choose from. From the most lavish celebration to a more intimate-style wedding, they can do it all. Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel Wedding Cost

Frankly, even if you have fallen in love with a wedding venue, the cost will be a major factor. Three main components help determine the cost of your wedding day at The Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel. The time of year aka the season, the wedding date (day of the week), and availability will all play a role in how much your wedding at the RBHH will be. Typically you will find that during peak season, usually between April – November, rates will be higher than in the off-peak season, between December – March. Weekdays are typically less expensive than weekends, so please keep that in mind as well! At the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel, during peak season you’re looking to spend between $5,850 – $22,500. During off-peak season, you’re looking to spend $5,850 – $14,500.

As always, I recommend reaching out directly to the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel, to determine a personalized quote for your wedding day. You can get in contact with them at 410.547.1200.

Casey & Nick’s Baltimore Maryland Harbor Wedding

Casey and Nick wanted to stick to a traditional wedding theme for their Baltimore wedding. Overlooking the harbor, we spent the morning with the girls getting ready and taking some beautiful portraits of Casey with her complete hair and makeup done. Huge thanks to Arrow Bella Weddings for making her look even more than a queen than she already did!

When it comes to wedding portraits, especially in a hotel, many couples become weary. You don’t want to have that typical carpet and blank wall space but how are you going to add diversity to the backdrop of your wedding portraits? I mean, these are things as a Philadelphia wedding photographer that I have to think about! Directly next door to The Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel is The Gallery. What used to be a bustling mall/shopping center has now been closed due to COVID. For us, this was the perfect opportunity to wander throughout the space and get some unreal wedding portraits. We really got to play around with different angles and space, since we had so much of it and it was amazing! Don’t worry, we got permission to do this!

An intimate wedding ceremony followed by a reception with a live band made the entire day completely magical. Both Casey and Nick are head-over-heels in love and it was evident throughout the entire day capturing their smiles as they walk hand in hand as Mr. and Mrs.

Congratulations C+N – wishing you a lifetime filled with happiness!
