Merchant Exchange Building Engagement in Philly

Engagements

As a Philadelphia Wedding Photographer, there are some go-to engagement photo locations that just blow it out of the water. Now, depending on the time of year this will depend on where you end up going for your Philly engagement. However, a fan favorite across the board that never lets me down is the Merchant Exchange Building. A breathtaking historical site in the middle of Downtown Philadelphia, and one of the best places if you’re looking for elegant Philly engagement photos. For Jessica and Rob, we wanted classic/elegant photos hence these phenomenal Merchant Exchange Building engagement photos. With a bit of planning, posing, and some good lighting, that’s exactly what we got!

Jessica and Rob’s Merchant Exchange Building Engagement in Downtown Philadelphia

The architectural style of the Merchant Exchange Building is hard to miss. This is actually one of the many reasons why it’s such a popular engagement photo location. Built back in the early nineteenth century and is now one of Philly’s National Historic Landmarks. It’s absolutely ginormous and photographs beautifully, making it a go-to spot if your wanting engagement or wedding photos.

For Jessica and Rob, their love was just as radiating and golden as the Summer sun. Being complete naturals in front of the camera and looking like absolute models, these two dominated each and every movement. Sticking to classic, natural posing along with their elegant formal engagement attire made for the perfect way to celebrate this next chapter in their lives.
