Where It All Began | Sarah + Ben’s Love Story

Sarah and Ben met on the 4th of July when the whole world shut down due to the pandemic. Ben had ended up using all of Sarah’s sunscreen, making a long-lasting impression already. After going back to work, Ben sent over some of Sarah’s favorite snacks to try and make amends. Along with veterinarian Ben helping Sarah with an emergency with her adorable French Bulldog, he slowly began winning her over.

Years later, their love would only be solidified further with a well-thought-out and carefully planned surprise proposal on their apartment’s rooftop. He even made Winston, their pup, a part of the celebration as he dressed up in a tux for the special occasion. As you can imagine, Sarah said yes and they began the ever-so-exciting, yet nerve-wracking moments of wedding planning. Thankfully, they had a little help from The Wedding Plan and Co.

Sarah & Ben’s Morven Museum Wedding in Princeton, New Jersey

Tying the knot on this gorgeous Fall day is all that we could have ever wanted. Sarah and Ben got ready at the Nassau Inn in Princeton, NJ. A cozy morning spent with close family and friends as they anticipated the excitement of the rest of their day. Sarah wore her stunning dress by Reev Bridal that made her look like the perfect blend of a model and princess. Didn’t even know that was possible! We took several of their getting-ready portraits by a window in their getting-ready space making for a bit of a more moodier feel. Their ceremony was held around dusk, making it a bit darker but still just as beautiful. Thankfully, we were able to take some gorgeous bridal portraits around the Morven Museum as well as Princeton University. The perfect blend of their stories on their wedding day and it was just beautiful.

Following their ceremony was a tinted wedding reception with hints of blue and tons of greenery to liven the space. That night, Sarah and Ben radiated with pure joy and happiness. Being around all of the people that they care about the most was the ultimate way to celebrate their love and I’m honored to have captured each moment of this spectacular day.
